Dear one, you know those moments in life.  

The life circumstances that have you on your knees. Sobbing and snotting on the bathroom floor. Your mind trying to grasp and cling to what has kept you safe, managed, controlled.

Those times you are confronted with what no longer works in your life. It’s a reckoning with your health, the way you relate to your body, your romantic relationships, your family dynamics, your living situation, your creativity & work in the world.

It’s in these confronting life cycles that the Sacred Descent into the Underworld beckons. And deep inside, there is a part of you that knows that’s where the deeper wisdom lies.

No one has power or control over the life circumstances that invite you into Underworld descents. But you do have the choice to be in potent co-creation with your life circumstances. You have the choice to be in co-creation with your descent – the Sacred Descent into the Underworld.

The Sacred Descent is an essential part of the matriarchal leadership path. It’s the opposite of ascending the body or your lived experience. This is about dropping down and into yourself, into your depths, into the depths to be transformed through whatever life season, cycle or chapter you are moving through. And while it is your own journey to take, you don’t need to journey alone.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • How the Sacred Descent supports you through life heartbreaks and challenges

  • Why the Sacred Descent is important, especially for this collective moment, for women, femmes and thems on the matriarchal leadership path

  • How nervous system wisdom, myth and earth-based ritual in community supports your journey into the depths

  • A Somatic Practice to connect with the part of you answering the call to the Underworld

About Lindsay (she/her)

My unique body-centered methodology evolved from my 15 years working as a somatic trauma psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher, shamanic trance facilitator and earth-based witch.

Working with my unique nervous system has allowed me to come into deeper relationship with my life’s desires and the ever-unfolding mystery of life as a sensitive witch and magickal leader. I’ve guided hundreds of clients through the transformational healing of their bodies to create the reality they desire. My methodology honors each individual’s inherent wisdom and intuition within a foundation of safeness, body-autonomy and choice. Your body knows the way!
